All cancellations must be received in writing (via email) by 11:59 PM (PST) on the deadlines listed below to qualify for a refund.

Standard Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to most bookings. Refer to your booking confirmation for any specific seasonal or custom terms that may apply.

30 – 59 Days50% Refund of the total booking amount.

We understand that unexpected events can occur, including illness, flight disruptions, or mandatory travel restrictions.

Our cancellation policy is firm, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We highly recommend that all guests purchase Travel Insurance immediately after booking. Travel insurance can protect your financial investment and cover costs for unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays that are not covered by our policy.

We do not offer refunds outside of the terms above due to weather or temporary beach advisories/closures.

We strongly encourage you to check the beach water quality status before booking and periodically before your arrival.
